Get ready for a whole new run of Lalaloopsy girls! Besides the five we’ve learned about so far, get ready to say hello to full size versions of Scraps Stitched ‘N’ Sewn, Little Bah Peep, and new girl Peggy Seven Seas!
Little Bah Peep is wearing a very cute version of her mini’s outfit, but more of her hair is pulled out in front of her bonnet. The style is more reminiscent of Curls N Locks, although the outfit and sheep denote her as a definite Little Bah Peep. It looks like her gloves and bloomers may have been nixed in the large version as well.
This Lala is a pirate (like Patch Treasurechest), supposedly named Peggy Seven Seas. Her outfit is very detailed, with an orange eye patch and a black tricorne hat accessorizing her black coat and red striped skirt. Personally, I’m hoping they change her brightly colored boots to something else, I don’t care for them. Maybe in black?
Mint E. Stripes has such an adorable color palette; those green tights and bows compliment her red and white stripes well while keeping with the minty theme.
Confetti Carnivale really lives up to her name. The term Carnivale refers to a period of time before lent in which the public celebrates with parades, masks, and circus like performances; masquerade is common during these events, which is why Confetti here has a cat masquerade mask along with her festive outfit.
Teddy Honey Pots is an adorable, fuzzy teddy bear who just wants to be hugged. Although probably not meant as such, I think she’d be a great foil for Curls N Locks – she’s the bear while Curls is Goldy Locks. My only complaint is wishing her bear hood was removable; I think her hair style would be fantastic without it and I love the color.
Haley Galaxy is an alien Lalaloopsy with green skin and teal hair in a unique design, even including antennae! She’s clearly space themed, with an alien pet and lots of chrome. Although they still make these poster images for the back of the Lalaloopsy boxes and advertising, I have heard thatLalaloopsy dolls no longer include a poster and that only special limited dolls will come with them. Too bad for poster collectors, although you can always cut away the back of the box as a replacement if you want something to hang on the wall.
Last up, Winter Snowflake. Although there’s not much info about her yet, it’s somewhat certain that she will be just a regular doll and NOT the holiday special doll. Her hair is fuzzy white “snow” pulled into three snowballs on top of her head, next to a top hat. She’s got a long scarf, mittens, and earmuffs. She is the first regular full sized Lalaloopsy doll to have textured hair.
